We roast coffee at a slightly lower temperature giving it a smooth taste, less bitterness and a very simple name for our company. We’re unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks and we take great pride in our high quality beans being brewed in our coffee shops, barista schools, local businesses and workplaces alike. We’re not looking for world domination (yet), we just believe that “Ok” coffee isn’t good enough anymore; great coffee is a necessity to our existence.
